Victoria Huerta Honaine is a Paralegal at Geller Benjamin, LLP.

Originally from Argentina. She moved to the United States in 2018 and has been working as a Paralegal for the last 4 years, gaining exposure and first-hand experience on how to manage, monitor and support legal matters and deal with U.S. Courts.

Victoria successfully manages a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, including family petitions, political asylum, investor and work visas, extraordinary skills visas, VAWA and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases.

Prior to working with Geller Benjamin, LLP, she worked for 16 years as an Attorney at Law in Argentina and Mexico, where she worked with clients from all over the world, including the Middle East, Europe and America. In her prior employment, she specialized in corporate law, with experience in business law, labor law, commercial contracts and work-risk insurance companies.

Victoria has used all of these varied, multicultural experiences to adapt to the needs of each client, providing the best experience in a time of need.

On a personal note, Victoria loves being in contact with nature, hiking, camping and cross-country trips.
