Today we launched a new web-based, bilingual, and smartphone compatible appointment scheduler for noncitizens, called the ICE Appointment Scheduler, available at www.ice.gov/check-in. The launch of this tool will allow noncitizens to schedule their required check-in appointments at ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) offices as they await immigration proceedings. Noncitizens can create an appointment online using information found on their I-385 form and can schedule their appointments online in English or Spanish. Technical support is available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT by calling ICE’s Victims Engagement and Services Line (VESL) at (833)–383–1465. This line provides victim services and other ICE services.
